Placing an Order

Kindly send an email to skinmatics@gmail.com to place an order. Please state the following :
(1)Name:
(2)Email:
(3)Mobile No or Day Contact No:
(4)Product Description, size and quantity (if there are multiple sizes)
(5)Bank Transfer Reference No.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the expected ship-out date (within 2-3 working days). 

If any item is not available, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. We will process refunds within 2 working days.

Payment

 

Payment is made in Singapore Dollars. At present, only the following payment modes are accepted :

 

1) Bank Transfer (for Singapore customers)

Payment can be made via ATM or internet bank transfer to our POSB bank account in Singapore. When using this option, please select POSB Savings 124-87494-7

2) Cash on Delivery (for Singapore customers):

Cash on delivery is available for orders above S$80. Kindly ensure someone will be around to facilitate exact payment upon delivery.

Delivery
We are currently absorbing local mail delivery cost.

Delivery made via normal mail : FOC
Delivery via registered mail : Please add $2.25

Delivery will be made within 2-3 working days.
